2,000 – 2,400 miles per week
Pay Scale:
- 3–12 Months: $0.60 CPM
- 13–24 Months: $0.62 CPM
- 2–5 Years: $0.63 CPM
- 5+ Years: $0.64 CPM
Additional Pay:
- Stop Pay: $15 (after 1st stop)
- Detention: $15/hour (after 4 hours)
- Layover: $100 (after 24 hours)
